We stock items across price points and styles. By purchasing regionally and paying artisans a fair price, we’re also opening up new lines of commerce.

Sourcing

We source the majority of our products in the region that they’re produced. You won’t find the same item anywhere in the DC area, possibly even the world. Quantities are limited, so grab your favorites while they’re in stock.

FAQ

  • Do you sell your products online?

    Because our stock is limited by the number of items a maker has produced, we only stock in store. If you see an item you’re interested in and aren’t local, please contact us to talk about purchasing and shipping options.

  • What’s your return policy?

    Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our goods, all sales are final.

  • Do you ship?

    If you’ve visited our shop or see an item you’d like shipped, please inquire directly. Please note that we are not currently shipping large or fragile items like oversized area rugs or pottery.

  • Do you provide design services?

    We’re available and would be delighted to help bring your rooms to life. This service is currently available at no additional charge to customers spending $1000 or more on Range items. If you prefer to use your own items or consult on items from other locations, we’re happy to help through our consulting rate of $125/hour.

  • Can I go on a sourcing trip with you?

    We’re offering a group trip to Marrakech in December 2023. If you’re interested in this or other travel-related opportunities, please sign up for our newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when they’re announced.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    Please contact us directly with custom requests. These may be able to be fulfilled during one of our regularly scheduled sourcing trips.

  • I’m a maker. Can I sell my items in your store?

    If you’re interested in having your items featured in Range, please reach out with an introduction and images or links to your items. Ongoing availability is limited due to space and rotating collections. We are open to spotlighting local creators during special events like First Friday.

  • Can you provide a donation?

    There are so many worthy causes that we wish we could support, but as a start-up business we have to limit our charitable giving at this time. We’re currently open to nonprofits supported and/or led by our customers, neighborhood, and friends and family.
